This project was unique in that the Owners wished to keep the existing foundation, first floor deck, and first floor exterior walls.  From that point, in essence a new home was built, including a completely re-designed first floor plan, and entirely new second and third floor, and a new three car garage.  All of the interior cabinetry was custom made in Connecticut.
